Cara established Layka Cpnnect back in 2011 and fulfilled her dream of launching her own business doing what she loved and being there for her young family. From humble beginnings, we are now a growing team of 4 and it was essential to Cara that the business did not lose its identity and the honest and relaxed culture it had in the beginning. Therefore, the decision was made not to introduce KPIs and targets within our office which can make other recruiters make decisions that do not always benefit the client or candidate. We do not have individual targets; we are a team. We work differently here! We do what’s right. We forge close relationships with our clients and candidates, and it works.
