Kelly’s experience with sourcing high-level engineering talent, through to successful placement and onboarding, has made her a firm believer that getting the match right is the key to a successful placement for both employee and employer.
Attention to detail is Kelly’s strength and she uses it well when it comes down to the finer details of the match! Communicating professionally and always treating others how she would like to be treated really sets her apart from other Recruiters in the engineering sector.
